We Believe:
The Bible is God's holy revealed word given to man through inspiration of the Holy Spirit. The Bible is absolute truth and contains no mistakes. The Bible is to be used for teaching, correction, and for training to do what is right in the eyes of God (2 Timothy 3:16).
We Believe:
In the one true and living God (Deuteronomy 6:4) who consists of three separate, distinct persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost (Matthew 28:19; Luke 3:22). The persons of God are co-equal, co-eternal, and are one in unity, nature, will, and purpose. The unity of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost equals the one true and living God.
We Believe:
Due to the sin of Adam, every person is born into this world as a sinner who is separated from God (Psalm 51:5; Ephesians 2:1-3). In order to regain fellowship with God and enter into the Kingdom of God, one must be spiritually born again (John 3:3-6). God is a spirit (John 4:24) and in order to have a relationship with God, one must have a spirit that has been made alive or been quickened by the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 2:4-6; Romans 8:16).
We Believe:
In the virgin birth of Jesus Christ (Matthew 1:23) that He is the Son of God and the son of man…being all God and all man at the same time. That He laid down his Godly attributes (Philippians 2:5-8) living as a man on this earth to establish the perfect obedience to the Father which Adam failed to establish (Romans 5:19). He came to save every person from God's wrath toward sin by offering His sinless blood as a cure for sin…making God's cure for sin available to all who exercise their Faith in Him
(2 Corinthians 5:21; John 3:16).
We Believe:
That after salvation there is a second blessing that God has for us all "The Baptism in the Holy Ghost" (Acts 1:5; Acts 8: 14-17). This is witnessed by the physical sign of speaking in other tongues, but not the only way one is filled (Acts 2:4; Acts 10:44-46) which is available to anyone who asks and is willing to receive (Luke 11:11-13). The purpose of the Baptism in the Holy Ghost is so that the believer will receive power to live a more effective life and so that we who believe will have the power to be the witnesses God has called us to be (Acts 1:8).
We Believe:
That water baptism is an outward "Symbolic Expression" of an inward experience. This testifies to the congregation that one has placed their faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. This also declares their decision to crucify and bury their sinful nature, and to live after their spirit-man that has been resurrected with Christ (1 Peter 3:21; Romans 3:3-6).
We Believe:
In the authority of the believer to cast out devils, to speak with new tongues, and to lay hands on the sick, and to outwardly use all of the 9 spiritual gifts for the profection of the saints, and the body of Christ (Mark 16:16-18).
We Believe:
That the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing for the human body in answer to a believing prayer (Isaiah 53:4-5; James 5:14-15; 1 Peter 2:24).
We Believe:
Every person is subject to the death of the physical body as a result of Adam's sin (Genesis 3:19). The soul and spirit being immortal do not die. At death, the spirit and the soul of a believer enter immediately into the presence of Christ (2 Corinthians 5:8; Ecclesiastes 12:7). The soul of a non-believer enters immediately into a conscious state of misery (Luke 16:19-31).
We Believe:
In the "Rapture of the Church", where Jesus will receive the church unto Himself (Ephesians 4:25-27). This event will first include the resurrection of the bodies of the believers who have already died (1Thessalonians 4:16). Their bodies will be raised from the grave and then changed from mortality to immortality to be reunited with their soul and spirit (1 Corinthians 15:51-54). Second, the believers who are alive will be changed from mortality to immortality to be caught up with them to meet the Lord in the air (1Thessalonians 4:17).
We Believe:
Following the Rapture, the Anti-Christ will step into the office as a political leader. He will deceive the world into believing that he is the coming Messiah. He will sign a 7 year Peace Treaty with the nation of Israel and this will begin the 7 year Tribulation (Daniel 9:27). During the 7 year Tribulation period God will pour out His wrath on the earth. This will be done in a very distinct way. Nothing like this will have ever taken place…it will be like nothing anyone has ever experienced before or recorded in history (Revelation 6:1-19; Chapter 21). The purpose of the Tribulation period will be for the nation of Israel. By the end of the Tribulation, all of Israel will be saved, having accepted Jesus as the Messiah (Romans 11:26).
We Believe:
Jesus will return to the earth at the conclusion of the Tribulation (Matthew 24:29-30). He will come back to the earth with the saints of God to overthrow the kingdoms of the earth and establish His Kingdom on the earth (Revelation 19:11-15; Luke 11:2). Satan will be bound in the bottomless pit and we will reign with Christ on the earth for 1,000 years (Revelation 20:1-4). After the 1,000 years, Satan will be released for a season but then thrown into the Lake of Fire to be tormented for eternity (Revelation 20:7-10).
We Believe:
The wicked dead will be resurrected (Acts 24:15) following the Millennial Reign of Christ (1,000 years) to stand before the White Throne to be judged by God (Revelation 20:11-12). Their bodies will be resurrected from the grave and their souls will be released from the place of torment to be reunited with their bodies to stand before God to be judged. After they are judged and are aware that their name has not been found in the Book of Life, they will be cast into the Lake of Fire for eternity (Revelation 20:15). Heaven and Earth will pass away and a new Heaven and a new Earth will appear. This is where all the believers will spend eternity (Revelation 21:1).
